Receiving Error "WinRT information: The operation identifier is not valid." when calling the Brick's Disconnect() method

When calling the Disconnect() method of the Brick class, I receive the following error:

WinRT information: The operation identifier is not valid.

My code includes the following method:

Private Async Function ConnectToEV3() As Task
Me.EV3Brick = New Brick(New BluetoothCommunication())
Await Me.EV3Brick.ConnectAsync()
End Function

And the lines of code leading up to the Disconnect method are:

Await Me.ConnectToEV3()
Await Me.EV3Brick.DirectCommand.StepMotorAtPowerAsync(OutputPort.A, 25, 2500, True)

The motor turns when I call StepMotorAtPowerAsync, so I am assuming it gets connected properly. Why am I receiving this error? Is the DirectCommand messing something up? Is it trying to disconnect before it is done with the other stuff? Am I doing something wrong when creating or connecting to my Brick? Thanks.

Trying to respond to some of these issues this evening (finally!). Unable to reproduce this one here in my WinRT tester app. Are you still seeing this issue? Any other info you can provide, or attach a sample project which causes the error? Thanks!
